Hallward to promote ABP links

Associated British Ports has appointed Madeleine Hallward to the new position of group head of strategic communications to develop strategy in government relations, external communications and brand development and marketing. She is currently a non-executive director at the Office of Rail and Road and was previously director for government affairs for Ford of Britain.
