Hellmann appoints India and Middle East chief

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has appointed Lee I’Ons as regional chief executive for its Indian subcontinent and Middle East region from 1 April 1. He succeeds Madhav Kurup, who was recently promoted chief operating officer for airfreight, seafreight, and contract logistics. A South African native, Lee I’Ons brings 30 years of logistics experience in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa and most recently worked at Kühne+Nagel as national manager Gulf region and president of Middle East, and Africa.
