Hellmann UK signs Portugal deal

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics UK has signed a new partnership with Rangel Express and Logistics in Portugal to operate round trip road freight services to Oporto and Lisbon. Existing twice-weekly from the UK to Portugal will increase from twice to three direct departures a week.

Hellmann UK’s commercial director, Matthew Marriott, said: “Finding the right partners is absolutely crucial to this endeavor and we believe that working with Rangel Express and Logistics is a really positive move for both companies. We share an ethos that prioritises the quality of the services that we provide, so Hellmann UK is looking forward to a long and productive relationship.”

The move follows the signing of deals between Hellmann UK and Itella Logistics in Scandinavia, Deutsche Transport Compagnie (DTC) in Nuremberg, and a new hub solution to service the Baltic and Russian CIS markets.
