Imperial opens Dortmund site

Imperial Logistics has opened a multi-user warehouse in Werne, 15 miles north-east of Dortmund in Germany. It offers under-cover storage area of 22,000sq m, racking for over 21,000 pallets, 11,000 parts bins and over 8,500sq m of floor storage space, along with 24 truck doors, a yard and parking area of 7000sq m, container loading and unloading facilities and a paperless order picking system. Adjacent land is available for potential future expansion.
