Kale puts down rural roots

Logistics IT firm Kale Logistics Solutions has opened a software development centre in Kolhapur, India, as part of its drive to attract talent outside large cities. Since the Covid pandemic, there has been a steady increase in demand for remote work and companies setting up smaller offices away from their headquarters and IT employment opportunities are spreading more evenly across the country, it says.
