Kerry gains French connection

Hong Kong-based Kerry Logistics Network has acquired a majority stake in French forwarder Business By Air. BBA serves industrial clients in verticals including automotive, aerospace and pharmaceutical, and is also established in the African market, BBA has been acting as Kerry Logistis’ agent in France since 2016 and, in addition to multimodal freight forwarding, customs clearance and nationwide trucking, also offers supply chain solutions including express, on board couriers, project cargo and logistics for fine arts, perishables and personal effects.

It was founded in 1978 and headquartered in Roissy-en-France, with four other offices in Orly, Nice and Le Havre, as well as an office in Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe.
