Kewill to buy Four Soft

Supply chain software firm Kewill is to acquire the assets of India’s Four Soft. The Hyderabad-based company develops and markets a portfolio of logistics solutions for logistics service providers, retailers and manufacturers. It has over 400 customers and more than 60,000 users in 120 countries. Kewill’s chief executive officer and president, Bob Farrell said the acquisition would give his company enhanced products, technology and domain skills.
