Kuehne+Nagel opens Budapest health hub

Kuehne+Nagel has opened a 2,000 sq m, GDP-compliant cross-dock facility for healthcare  goods in Budapest. It serves as a hub for less-than truckload (LTL) services, complementing the existing facility in Luxembourg and allowing the forwarder to optimise routings and reduce lead times. The Budapest hub provides highly secure and temperature-controlled environments between 2-8°C and 15-25°C and will particularly enhance collection and distribution services across Hungary and neighbouring countries, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Romania, Greece and Bulgaria.
