Le Shuttle freight stable

Le Shuttle Freight transported 122,832 trucks in March, a decrease of 2% compared to March 2020. The tunnel operator said the market was still marked by the adjustments to new post-Brexit administrative rules, but with a trend towards normalisation. The cumulative total for January-March was 387,248 trucks, down 21% on 2020.
The passenger market remains severely affected by the travel restrictions put in place by the British and French governments due to the pandemic.
