Minister pays a visit to London’s biggest building ‘superstore’
[ February 17, 2017 // Chris ]Housing minister and Croydon Central MP Gavin Barwell paid a visit to the Port of Tilbury on 16 February to see for himself the place where much of the country’s building material comes in. He was given all the latest gen on Tilbury, including the fact that it handled over 40million bricks last year. It is also the leader in aggregates and timber for use in the English house building and wider construction programmes.
