Minister sees Liverpool work

Secretary of State for Transport Patrick McLoughlin (right, with Mark Whitworth, chief executive of Peel Ports, left) and the Mayor of Liverpool, Joe Anderson visited the Port of Liverpool to view progress on the Port’s £300 million expansion project. Construction is well underway on the new Liverpool2 terminal.
