MNG to list on NYSE

Golden Falcon Acquisition has signed a definitive agreement for a business combination with Turkish all-cargo carrier MNG Airlines that will see the company publicly listed on the New York stock Exchange. The transaction is expected to have a pro forma enterprise value of $676 million and is expected to close in the first half of 2023.
