Multimodal reveals conference line-up

Organisers of the Multimodal show in Birmingham NEC on 13-15 June have revealed the programme of discussions and presentations. These include: Peak Season Preview 2023; Digitalisation of International Trade and Transport; A Rail Retail Revolution; Roadblocks to sustainable freight – and how to overcome them; Cargo integrity and; The UK’s new approach to import controls – understanding the Target Operating Model.

Among the 55 industry speakers attending are: Jon Gore, head of primary and global logistics, Tesco; Sally Wright, head of delivery transport hub, Nestlé UK and Ireland; John Lucy, director, Liverpool Freeport; Hizmy Hassen, chief digital and supply chain officer, Apollo Tyres; Christian Pryce, chief commercial officer, Port of Dover; Joep Kusters, senior vice president, head of Europe, Coyote and; Jennifer Stanley, public policy manager, sustainable transport, Amazon.

Event director, Robert Jervis said: “Multimodal is unique in that it offers something for every sector of the logistics sector under one roof. The conference programme is no different, as it is packed with a range of content delivered by industry experts over the three days. We’ve made it easy for visitors to spend time with their sector exhibitors, and also take time to upskill and glean insights at the conference.
