Multimodal to Mongolia
[ December 21, 2020 // Chris ]Kerry Logistics Network has launched a multimodal service to Mongolia, through its member Globalink Logistics. It includes road-rail and sea-rail freight for dry and temperature-controlled cargoes between Europe, North America and the landlocked country via the Freeport of Riga, Latvia in the Baltics, where Globalink has opened a consolidation hub. Cargo is collected with a lead time of one to four days from Europe to be consolidated at the Baltic hub, then transported by direct rail services to Ulan Bator, Mongolia.
