New bosses for Panalpina

CEO Peter Ulber has been nominated as Panalpina’s new chairman at the annual general meeting due to be held on 10 May. He would succeed Dr Rudolf Hug who has served as chairman since 2007 and will not stand for re-election due to the age limitation in the company’s bylaws. Current regional CEO for Asia Pacific, Stefan Karlen has been designated to succeed Ulber as the next chief executive officer.
