New chief for CILT

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in the UK has appointed Paul Adams as its new chief executive. He joins CILT(UK) from the Institute of Directors where he was national director/chief operating officer for two years. Before that, Paul Adams held various chief executive posts in the charity sector and also served for 17 years in the military, including front line service in several conflict zones.
