New Delta website banishes air cargo blues

Delta Cargo has made a number of enhancements to its website following the relaunch of the business. Shipments can now be booked, checked-in, managed and tracked entirely online. DeltaCargo.com now offers dynamic air waybill stock, so customers with an account number will receive a range of air waybills in real-time while automating the processing, assignment and distribution of air waybill numbers saves time. Customers wanting to provide payment at the shipment’s destination can now use their Delta Cargo line of credit or stored credit card details to be charged at the time of pick-up. Customers can also make an online payment for collect charges. Customers can now receive operational advisories, network updates, promotions and other Delta Cargo news delivered to their inboxes.
