New director for UPS

UPS has appointed Kevin Clark to its board of directors. Clark is chair and chief executive officer of technology company Aptiv which provides solutions in a number of industries, including automotive, aerospace and defence, telecommunications and commercial vehicles. He was named Aptiv chair and chief executive and chair in 2022, having joined the company in 2010.
