New talent at Teesport

PD Ports has appointed Michael Parker (left) and as business development manager and Alfred van Wyk general manager business development.

With more than 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, Michael Parker joins the port company from Hope Construction Materials to help develop supply chain solutions for dry bulk cargo. Alfred van Wyk worked for over five years as UK Intermodal Sales Manager at DB Schenker and will be responsible for driving new business to support Teesport’s logistics growth.
