Panama Canal welcomes largest ship

CMA CGM’s Theodore Roosevelt became the largest ship ever use the Panama Canal in late August, on its way to New York to inaugurate the enlarged Bayonne Bridge on 7 September. The newly-built vessel has a 14,414teu capacity and is 12,028ft long.
