Paper firm inks Liverpool deal
[ April 9, 2019 // Chris ]Paper and forest products logistics specialist Jenkins is to invest in a £17m new custom-built warehouse at the Port of Liverpool and has an agreement on managed services at Liverpool and London Medway, with the aim of increasing traffic significantly at both ports.
It has signed a deal to secure over 500,000 sq ft of warehouse space in Liverpool, 300,000 sq ft of which is new investment in a bespoke state-of-the-art paper and pulp facility in the port. Construction is due to be completed in 2020.
