PD Ports signs Felixstowe distribution deal

PD Ports’ PD Portcentric Logistics arm has signed a four year deal with Sifcon International (SIL) at its Felixstowe site. SIL is a leading supplier of gifts and interior accessories to retailers of all sizes across the UK and Europe. PD Portcentric Logistics will manage all handling, storage and picking as well as distribution for SIL’s UK mainland supply chain and will occupy 161,000 sq.ft. of PD Portcentric Logistics’ warehousing facilities. It will include a pick and pack service for bespoke orders.

Although best known as owner of Teesport in the North-east, PD Ports also has extensive logistics operations at other UK locations, including Felixstowe.
