Pentagon signs up to ‘Ripple effect’

Pentagon Freight Services has signed up to Ripple’s AI sustainability data management solution to automate processes including the monitoring of fuel consumption by suppliers and to share insurance documentation. Suppliers and partners can join Ripple at no extra cost, gaining access to its value chain system to make compliance tasks, such as capturing scope 3 emissions data, easier and more efficient. The more partners and suppliers join this ecosystem, the greater the efficiencies that can be achieved, it says, creating a sustainability ‘ripple effect’.
