Prologis to build logistics campus for Stobart
[ September 28, 2021 // Chris ]Developer Prologis has announced plans to build a two-unit campus at Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT) for Eddie Stobart. The operator has had a presence on the site since 1997, and will vacate its existing properties on completion of the new units. The £75 million project will provide two buildings with a total area of 538,000sq ft, separated by a shared loading yard. The buildings will have a clear internal height of 18m, with level access points, allowing for loading and unloading of curtain-sided HGVs.
