Returns made easy with DHL portal

DHL Express has launched an international returns portal for small business customers. Part of DHL Express Commerce, it enables businesses to implement a fully branded returns process on their website within minutes, setting their own returns policies and terms, so shoppers can easily initiate returns and generate printable labels. Users are not subject to duties and taxes on the inbound delivery as they would be if their customers were sending goods independently.
