Rhenus opens Indian chemical centre

Rhenus Warehousing Solutions India has opened a new multi-user site in the Mumbai area. At around 28,000sq m, it is one of the largest warehouses in the area and will focus on storing chemical and petrochemical products. A large part of the space has already been allocated to polymer firm Covestro. It comes with a modern warehouse management system, fully equipped loading and unloading docks and conveyors and fully complies with the latest global standards for health, safety and the environment. It also features solar panels and rainwater recycling.
