Rhenus raises the roof in Nuneaton

Rhenus Warehousing Solutions UK and developer Baytree Logistics Developments have celebrated raising the roof on one of two warehouses at the forwarder’s new Nuneaton site.

The Rhenus Campus will feature two buildings, totalling one million square feet – the equivalent of 36 football pitches – and will be certified BREEAM Outstanding and be carbon-neutral.

Rhenus and Baytree are working with a local timber mill to recycle felled trees from the site, making them into furniture for the office and bat and bird boxes for the local wildlife.

The Campus is due to officially open in 2023.
