SBS Worldwide has launched an enhanced export email alert system for its customers. It provides ocean and air shipment status updates from initial order placement to destination delivery, including preliminary and confirmed bookings, customs cleared at destination and point of delivery at destination. It is part of a wider company drive to provide a more personal level of service to customers.
