SDV sets up Spanish subsidiary

French-owned forwarder SDV has set up its own subsidiary in Spain. The new structure compromises 110 staff headquartered in Valencia, and will incorporate the Bolloré group teams already present in Spain, including Isamar, specializing in shipping. There will be 18 people dedicated to industrial projects, most of them coming from Tiba Projects.
