Shedding new light on Mongolia

Austrian-headquartered transport and logistics service provider Gebrüder Weiss has move 12,600 LED streetlights and lampposts to Mongolia by rail route for Zumtobel. It has delivered 80 containers in the past 12 months from Austria to the capital, Ulaanbaatarfor a government infrastructure project. The risk of damage due to strong acceleration forces during transport was eliminated by specially made wooden racks that prevented the cargo from sliding around in their containers.
