State-of-the art for art

Lufthansa Cargo has laid the foundation stone for a new art storage facility at its Frankfurt hub. The 168sq m ArtCube will offer secure and professional storage of valuable works of art of all kinds. Air-conditioning with heating and cooling functions will create an almost constant temperature with vertical window bands giving natural lighting. There is a separate lounge area for art attendants controlled by the latest security technology.

The unveiling is scheduled for the end of the year.
