Stobart signs land lease deal

Stobart Group has signed a deal to lease 47 acres of land from the Ford Motor Company at Speke, Liverpool, adjacent to the car-maker’s Merseyside plant and close to the logistics operators existing multimodal and warehousing site at Widnes. An option to buy the land is also included and there is also an option to lease a further six acres from Ford.
