Dutch short sea operator A2B-online has acquired an additional container vessel to introduce a new three days a week service from Rotterdam to Teesport. The service will be operated by a 500teu vessel and is expected to start operations in May.

ABP’s Immingham Container Terminal (ICT) has welcomed A2B’s new vessel, MS Vanquish with a traditional port plaque handover between the port manager and the chief officer of the vessel. She will increase calls by the short-sea operator from 9 to11 calls per week.
