Success for ABC in giant engine test

AirBridgeCargo airlines has successfully completed trial loading of the world’s largest jet engine, the GE9x, on board one of its Boeing 747-8 freighters in Chicago. The GE9X, which weighs over 11.5 tonnes, has been developed by GE Aviation for the Boeing 777X aircraft, which first flew in early 2020.
