APM Terminals is to appoint Birna Ósk Einarsdóttir as its new chief commercial officer, based in The Hague in the Netherlands, from January 2022. She was previously with Icelandair and also held roles at at Iceland Telecom and the National Power Company of Iceland. Jonathan Goldner, who had been the company’s Chief Commercial Officer since 2017, became head of Asia region in September.

Hutchison Ports Netherlands is to acquire APM Terminals Rotterdam (APMTR) from APMT.
APMTR is next to Hutchison Ports’ existing ECT Delta terminal in the Maasvlakte area of the port. It has 1,600 metres of deep-water quay serviced by 13 ship-to-shore gantry cranes.
