The Baltic Air Charter Association (BACA) has elected Tony Coe, owner of Aviation Complete, as its new chairman. He has been in the aviation industry since 1973 and launched Aviation Complete, a GSA and aircraft operating agent, in 1997. The association, based at the Baltic Exchange in London, represents charter brokers, aircraft operators, airports, aviation lawyers and others in the global air charter industry.
