MSC joins box data club

MSC has become the latest shipping line to register its global container fleet on BIC’s BoxTech Global Container Database. It makes available technical details of more than 10 million containers, 40% of the global fleet, to database users including shippers, forwarders, terminals and software solution providers. BIC secretary general Douglas Owen said that the world’s three largest ocean carriers have now registered their fleets. [+]
