Dachser acquires food logistics firm and Fercam in Italy

Dachser is to acquire food logistics provider Brummer, a partner in the European Food Network for the transport of temperature-controlled food between Germany, Austria and neighbouring countries, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is subject to approval by the German and Austrian competition authorities.
