Modalis buys Italian box-maker

Intermodal logistics operator Modalis Group has finalised the acquisition of CCFC, an Italian manufacturer of road-rail semitrailers, swap bodies and containers. Modalis, which specialises in leasing, container, swap body and intermodal wagon sales, intermodal terminal management, combined transport operations now owns 100% of Bergamo-based CCFC.
