Ed Tomp has been appointed permanent chair of the Celtic Freeport. He is a retired oil industry executive, retiring as vice president and general manager at Valero Pembroke Refinery in 2021, and has served on the Swansea Bay City Deal Economic Strategy Board, the Haven Waterway Enterprise Zone Board and the Pembrokeshire College Governing Body.
