Ceva takes full control of Spanish vehicle logistics arm

CEVA Logistics has taken full control of its previously 50/50 finished vehicle logistics joint venture, Bergé Gefco, buying the remaining 50% from Bergé. The transaction has gained approval from the Spanish National Markets and Competition Commission. Bergé Gefco provides FVL solutions for the Iberian Peninsula.
