Ceva to integrate Bolloré services

Ceva Logistics has created a new vertical organization by integrating core Bolloré Logistics services following the acquisition of the latter company by its parent, CMA CGM Group in February. CEVA Logistics and Bolloré Logistics will offer a unified brand—CEVA Logistics. The company expects to complete its rebranding process by the end of 2024.
