Jim Steer FCILT has become the new president-elect of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport UK (CILT). He will take over the one-year role from Graham Inglis from May 2013. Jim Steer is a co-founder of the transport planning company, Steer Davies Gleave (SDG), which began operations in 1978.
