Carousel Logistics, part of Danish-owned Danx Carousel Group, has acquired UK firm Logik Logistics International (Logik), a specialist in time-critical, on-demand solutions. Danx Carousel said the move would not only strengthen its time-critical capabilities but also its on-demand and ad-hoc services. Logik specialises in sectors including automotive, aerospace, carbon composite, retail, pharmaceutical, publishing and marine. Managing director David York will remain with the company to ensure a smooth transition.
