DFDS buys Anglo-European operator Estron

DFDS has acquired 100% of the share capital of Rotterdam-based road operator Estron Group. The company transports dry goods in full- and part-load trailers mainly between the UK and Germany, Benelux, and Poland using a leased fleet of 300 trailers and subcontracted haulage.
