DFDS buys Anglo-Dutch specialist

DFDS has acquired 100% of the share capital of the Netherlands-based Huisman Group. Headquartered in Wijchen, near Nijmegen in the east of the country, the company specialises in part-load solutions between the Netherlands/Continent and the UK and Ireland. It has bases in Wijchen and Corby and operates 55 trailers and 50 trucks with 104 employees and annual revenues of €23m. [+]
