DFDS has appointed McBurney Transport director Carolyn Carmichael managing director of the new entity following its purchase of Northern Ireland-based McBurney Transport Group. McBurney Transport will become part of the Logistics Division’s Cold Chain business unit. DFGDS added that integration is expected to be completed within a year, except for the IT integration which is planned subsequently.
