DIRFT 3 gets green signal

The Planning Inspectorate has given development consent for the third phase of the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT). The project includes a new rail link from the existing DIRFT to a new interchange, together with new transhipment sidings, container storage, truck reception area and parking and up to 731,000sq m of rail served storage.
