DP World has been selected as the preferred bidder by the Government of Angola to operate the Multipurpose Terminal at the Port of Luanda. It plans to invest US$190 million over the 20-year period of the concession, rehabilitate existing infrastructure and acquire new equipment to bring operations in line with global standards and improve efficiency to boost annual throughput to 700,000teu.
