Airfreight general sales and service agent ECS Group is to open an office in Porto (OPO) this summer. Based at Francisco Sá Carneiro airport, the three-strong ECS Group team will be led by Susana Pacheco.

Brazilian general sales and services agency BCS Air has joined the ECS Group and will represent it in Latin America and the US. It represents airlines such as Aeromexico, Cargolux, IAG Cargo, Japan Airlines, TAAG, Turkish Airlines and Delta.

IAG Cargo – which includes British Airways, Aer Lingus and Iberia – has signed an agreement with Netherlands-based general sales agent Globe Air Cargo NL, part of the ECS Group. ECS Group already represents IAG Cargo in Germany, Austria, and Scandinavia.
